Booking Information
Rooms are available to book by the hour from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. At all other times, bookings are made in 3-hour blocks.

If you require a booking outside these slots, please contact us in advance. Subject to availability, we may be able to accommodate requests within 24 hours of your desired time, but not earlier than this.

Terms & Conditions

We want everyone in our Old Chapel family to have the best possible experience while using our studios. Please follow these simple rules to help us keep a safe & creative space for all to enjoy:

  1. Only bring people to the studio that you’d invite to your home. You take full responsibility for the room, its contents and the people you allow in during your booking.
  2. We are a smoke-free venue. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studios.
  3. Close the doors. Keep doors closed to reduce sound bleed and respect others in the studios.
  4. We have a zero-tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found to be using drugs, or illegal substances will be asked to leave and potentially banned. Our staff are monitoring the CCTV and check the rooms after each session.
  5. Keep liquids away from the equipment. Drinks and equipment don’t mix. If there are any spills, clean them up straight away. Ask a staff member to assist you with this.
  6. Turn off the AC/heater. Remember to turn off the air-con or heater before you leave.
  7. Be considerate. At the end of your session, place all litter in the bins provided and reset the studio equipment. When leaving the studios in the evening, please respect our neighbours by staying quiet.
  8. Report any issues ASAP. If anything breaks during your session please let us know by speaking with a staff member at reception. We have spares which a staff member will sort out for you so you can get back to playing straightaway.
  9. Don’t know how it works, don’t play. If you are unsure how to use any of the equipment just ask our friendly and helpful staff for assistance. Don’t try to work it out as that’s when things break. Let the staff member show you so you can learn.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice required. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to charge at the cost of the room unless the slot is then filled.

To cancel a booking log into your Jammed account go to ‘My Account’ (top right of page) and then click ‘My bookings’ on the left hand side. Pick the booking you wish to cancel and hit ‘Cancel’
